Fucking awesome! The ending was a bit surprising. I really like this one- it's the type of movie that keeps you on the edge of your seat. And it's filmed in Philadelphia!!

However, his three "patients" are not about to be separated but joined together in a horrific operation. He plans to be the first person to connect people via their gastric systems. I must say this is one of the most fucked up and bizarre movie I ever met. It makes you think " who would even come up with this idea let alone acted in the movie. Though strange, a must see movie. Can't wait to see the second on.
